A TVO affiliate, TVO North America owns and manages thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of industrial warehouse and medical office buildings across the United States. Over the years, TVO has constantly created added value for its investors and partners due to well-executed and conceived renovation programs and its ability to execute the very fundamentals of western-standard property management procedures and systems and accountability to both owners and users alike.

TVO Europe operates throughout Central and Eastern Europe providing Property Management and related services for Developers, Investors and Residential Home Owners’ Associations. The company is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic and expects to expand into all regions of Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East.
